As a coordinator with us, you work closely with colleagues, customers, and the unit manager. You will be responsible for planning and organizing daily work within home care services, and ensuring that our customers receive their approved services. You schedule staff shifts and maintain ongoing contact with customers, relatives, and case managers. In addition to the coordinator role, you will also work out in the field providing home care services on selected days and times. Desired Profile: We are looking for someone who is a team player, communicative, positive, and solution-oriented. Absolute requirements are a B-class driver's license and good Swedish (spoken and written), as well as basic IT skills. Meritorious: Experience with scheduling for home care services Experience with Intraphone Experience working in home care services Experience in a coordinator role
