ICA Ringen is located in Ringen Centrum at Skanstull on Södermalm and is a modern grocery store with a strong focus on fresh produce, quality, and food excellence. Customers are met with an extensive manual delicatessen, a well-assorted fish and seafood counter, a wide range of prepared meals, and an inspiring selection within the store's fresh produce departments.
We are now looking for an engaged and driven sales manager who wants to continue developing our strong fresh produce profile.
About the Position
As Fresh Produce Sales Manager, you are responsible for daily operations, sales, and development within delicatessen, meat, and packaged prepared meals. You work closely with our other fresh produce departments – fish and seafood, cheese and cold cuts, and the kitchen – to create an inspiring whole and a top-class customer experience.
The role combines operational work in the store with clear leadership. You lead and develop the team, actively work with assortment, display, and sales, and monitor key metrics such as margin, waste, and profitability.

We Would Like to See
Experience working with fresh produce, preferably delicatessen, meat, or prepared meals.
Experience in team leadership and personnel responsibility.
Experience with ordering, assortment work, and waste control.
Knowledge of food hygiene, internal controls, and HACCP.
Good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience from ICA, knowledge of Min Butik, leadership or sales training, kitchen experience, and experience working with store events and supplier collaborations.
