We are looking for a dedicated sales manager for our Beverages and Snacks department! Over the years, the department has consistently exceeded budget, and of course we want to continue that trend. Are you ready to take on the challenge? This is a permanent position comprising approximately 36 hours/week. Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the department • Place orders and ensure an attractive product selection • Stock merchandise & prepare the department for sales • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their questions • Liaison with suppliers • Monitor the department's budget and work toward established goals • Drive the department forward • Follow seasonal trends and be proactive • Stay updated on trends and news • Includes warehouse work, delivery reception, bottle return handling, and freezer picking We are looking for someone who: • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with customers • Is thorough and responsible in your work • Likes to develop and is driven by exceeding the department's established goals We offer: • A fresh and pleasant work environment • Opportunity to develop within retail • A committed team It is also important that you are a team player and help create a work environment where we all feel comfortable and enjoy coming to work.
