Position: Sales Coordinator – Restaurant Wholesaler – Become part of a family business with a knack for success! RJ (RESTAURANGJOUREN) is a restaurant wholesaler with its heart in Jordbro. Since our start in 1989, we've grown into a stable player with over 3,000 products from every corner of the world. Do you want to be the hub of a sales team where pace, structure, and business focus go hand in hand? We're now looking for a sales coordinator who wants to take a central role in our inside sales organization. You'll be the link between the sales team, customers, and our internal functions – ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Your Role As a sales coordinator, you'll work close to the business and support our inside sales team in their daily work. You create structure, drive follow-ups, and ensure that both customers and team have the best possible conditions. Working hours are normally Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 Your Responsibilities • Coordinate and support the inside sales team's work • Ensure efficient order and delivery flows • Follow up on sales and campaigns • Be the link between sales, warehouse, purchasing, and customer • Develop routines and working methods We're Looking for You • Structured, driven, and solution-oriented • Comfortable working at a fast pace • Strong communication skills • Enjoy getting teams to perform together • Have experience in sales/coordination • Hold a valid driver's license Meritorious: experience from restaurants, food, or wholesale, as well as the Pyramid business system Besides Swedish, other languages are an asset, preferably Arabic.
