Would you like to help customers find the best solutions while working in an energetic team driven by goals and competition? As a sales associate at Telia's store in Uppsala, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and create customized solutions based on that. My name is Ali Bouraoui and I'm Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work consists of helping customers find the right products for both their personal and professional lives. Tasks range from finding the right broadband subscription, TV packages, and the latest mobile phones, to helping business customers set up or improve their telephone exchange systems. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions. We're looking for someone who loves creating customer relationships, takes own initiative, and is driven by finding the right solution for each customer – and of course, you enjoy selling (in-store, by phone & other sales activities).
