As a sales associate at Telia's store in Gbg-Nordstan, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and based on that create customized solutions. My name is Behnam Karami and I'm Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work involves helping customers find the right products for both everyday and work life. Tasks range from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest mobile phones, but also how business customers can set up or improve their telephone exchange. Telia is at the forefront when it comes to these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions. We're looking for someone who loves building customer relationships, takes own initiatives, and is driven by finding the right solution for each customer – and of course you enjoy selling (both in store, over the phone & other sales activities).
