Job Description In your role as a sales representative at Connective Sales, you'll work with active sales via telephone. You contact new and existing customers, identify their needs, and present solutions tailored to each customer. You work toward set goals and have personal responsibility for your results, while also being part of a team where collaboration and follow-up are important parts of daily work. Sales experience is a merit but not a requirement – we offer introduction, training, and continuous coaching. We're Looking for You If • You are goal-oriented and motivated by performing • You have good communication skills and thrive in social settings • You are comfortable with the telephone as a work tool • You have basic computer skills • You speak fluent Swedish, both verbally and in writing We Offer • Employment: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period, thereafter permanent employment. • Training and coaching to develop your sales skills. • Base salary. • Clear working hours: Monday–Friday 09-17. • Compensation model: High commission with no cap. • Workplace: A modern office in central Gothenburg.
