We are looking for a part-time retail sales associate – 50% Are you customer-focused, enjoy sales, and have an interest in boating? Then you might be the person we're looking for! We are now seeking an engaged and responsible retail sales associate at 50% for our boat accessories store. About the Position This is a part-time position at 50%, with the opportunity to work up to 100% during our spring and summer seasons when store needs are greatest. As a retail sales associate, you will be an important part of our team. Your responsibilities will include: Sales and customer service in the store Helping customers find the right products and solutions Stocking and displaying merchandise Cashier work Keeping the store clean, neat, and well-organized Contributing to a positive and inspiring store environment We are looking for someone who Is sociable, customer-focused, and enjoys meeting people Has an interest in boats, boating, or technology Is responsible and can work independently Enjoys varied work where no two days are exactly the same Has experience in sales or retail, but the right attitude and willingness to learn is equally important Has the ability to work more during spring and summer Weekend work may occur.
