About the Job Do you want to help us grow – as a sales representative with a passion for fitness? We are looking for you to help develop our fitness studio at Lindens Torg in Kungsbacka – part of the international fitness chain fit20. fit20 is strength training for everyone who knows they should work out – but doesn't get it done. The training is effective, gentle, and takes only 20 minutes per week. Our studio is small and personal, and we are ready to grow. Now we are seeking a sales representative who is passionate about fitness and people – and who may also be able to work as a personal trainer in the studio. What does the job involve? · Member recruitment – through marketing, experience with digital marketing is an advantage, trial sessions and follow-up. · You are responsible for ensuring that new customers have a positive experience and understand the value of becoming fit20 members. · You also help take care of existing members – and can work as a Personal Trainer in the studio. · You are part of building the studio's growth, both in terms of member numbers and structure. Who Are You? · You are open, positive and enjoy presenting new ideas to people. · You have an interest in sales and understand fitness and entrepreneurship. · You have an understanding of marketing, both digital and personal, and enjoy building relationships.
