Handelsgruppen Bygg & Järn operates seven stores within Sweden's largest building and hardware chain BOLIST in Idre, Sälen, Malung, Vansbro, Leksand, Hällefors, and Ekshärad. Together we are approximately 60 employees with an annual turnover of around 300 mkr. Our headquarters is in Malung, but the heart of our operations is in our stores. About the Role As a sales associate with us, you become an important part of our team. The work consists mainly of sales, customer service, and order picking, where you meet both DIY customers and professional contractors on their projects. Tasks include working the register, picking goods, and handling transactions in our business system. In a Bolist store, no two days are the same, and we help each other where needed, whether it's stocking shelves, maintaining the yard, or supporting a colleague. The position is scheduled with weekend work included. Who Are You? It is advantageous if you have experience from the construction industry and/or have a forklift and loader certificate. A driver's license and YKB certification are also meriting. Previous experience with cash registers or business systems is a plus. But most important to us is who you are as a person. About the Position This is a part-time temporary position or by agreement until summer 2026. After that, there is a possibility for extension. Start Date: October 1, 2026 or by agreement.
