We're looking for a junior sales representative! About the role Have you worked with customer contact via phone and enjoy the combination of service and helping customers find the right solution? Then this might be the right role for you. We're looking for a customer support representative with a natural interest in sales, who wants to develop in a role where customer dialogue, service, and business go hand in hand. What does the job involve? You have daily contact with customers via phone where you help, guide, and identify opportunities to offer relevant products and services. The focus is primarily on outbound calls where you follow up with customers, present solutions, and in a simple and natural way ensure that the customer's needs are matched with the right offering. It's about creating great customer experiences, building trust, and at the same time capitalizing on the opportunities that arise in the dialogue. You work in a structured manner toward set goals and become an important part of a team that values pace, collaboration, and clear results. The position is based in Stockholm.
