Sales Customer Service Representative 50-75%

We are now looking for a driven and engaged customer service representative with a focus on Sales. Ordning och Reda currently operates at 5 station locations: Umeå, Vännäs, Vindeln, Nordmaling, and Bjurholm. You will work administratively with a focus on sales across all station locations according to set targets, but your station location and office will be at our new premises Västerslätt Umeå. Your main responsibilities will include ongoing customer service, administrative tasks, and sales. You will also have a great opportunity to help develop the Ordning och Reda platform. A B-driver's license and fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) are required. To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in sales and customer contact, as well as good computer skills. Experience in customer service or similar roles is a major plus. Work is conducted on weekdays during daytime hours. We offer good terms and favorable wellness benefits. The position is 50-75% in the initial phase and can, if desired and with good performance, transition to full-time shortly.
