About the Role
Do you want to help revolutionize how banks deliver financial services? We're looking for a business-driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative who wants to lead the growth journey for Marginalen Bank's Embedded Banking initiative.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in our sales team identifying, shaping, and closing strategic customer relationships and partnerships with enterprise companies and major tech players. By integrating our banking services directly into our partners' customer journeys, you'll create new business models and revenue streams for our customers. You'll be the face of the market and drive the entire sales process—from an initial creative prospecting meeting to complex contract negotiations and long-term partnerships. You succeed in this role by transforming complexity into simplicity and seeing solutions instead of challenges.
Your Responsibilities
Drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in Embedded Finance, real-time payments, and the bank's broader product portfolio.
Build long-term relationships with decision makers at larger companies and strategic partners.
Own the entire transaction, from prospecting and business design to negotiation, contracts, and implementation.
Work closely with product, tech, compliance, and finance teams to create competitive customer solutions.
Represent Marginalen Bank in customer meetings, industry forums, and relevant networks.
Contribute market insights and commercial drive to develop our offering and strengthen our market position.
Who You Are
You have documented B2B sales experience, preferably with large companies in payments, fintech, or banking.
You have an understanding of Embedded Finance and how it can create new business models.
You have the ability to present and sell the bank's services to customer leadership teams.
You have strong negotiation skills and are results-focused.
You have a high degree of self-leadership, integrity, and drive to deliver results.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
What We Offer
