FoodSolutions is part of Orkla Foods Sverige and works with sales and marketing within foodservice. We have many touchpoints, a fast pace, and varying workdays. We're now looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our team and help create structure and efficiency in our sales and marketing organization.
About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator, you'll have a central and coordinating role within FoodSolutions' sales and marketing team. You create structure in daily work, ensure that information and materials are correct and up-to-date, and support the team in a varied combination of system-related, administrative, and business-related tasks.
You will, among other things:
Administer the CRM system and help develop working methods and data quality.
Work with price lists, product data, validation, and product launches.
Coordinate artwork and packaging materials in Dragonfly.
Create and update sales and marketing materials, including in PowerPoint.
Support with marketing budgets, invoice handling, and supplier contacts.
Coordinate trade show materials, merchandise, and other equipment, and contribute to planning and execution of conferences and larger meetings.
Support product- and analysis-related tasks, such as recipe and CO2 calculations.
Provide business-related support to the team as needed.

We would like to see that you have:
Higher education or equivalent.
Preferably a couple of years of experience in administration, coordination, sales support, or marketing support.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Interest in systems, digital tools, and preferably AI.
Fluent Swedish and very good English, both spoken and written.
Experience with CRM, Dragonfly, SAP, or similar systems is a merit but not required.
Practical Information
The position is full-time starting in September 2026 and runs initially until September 2027, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. You will be based at our headquarters in Malmö and work primarily on-site, approximately four days per week. Working hours are normally 07:45–16:30, with some flexibility.
You report to the FoodSolutions Director and work closely with both the sales and marketing teams.
