Menduo is an independent telecom advisor that helps Swedish corporations navigate the jungle of mobile subscriptions, phone systems, and technical support. We don't work for an operator—we work for our clients. That's our entire premise, and it means we can provide advice you can actually trust. We're growing now and looking for our first SDR. As an SDR with us, you own the top of the sales funnel. You find and qualify leads, build relationships across multiple channels, and book meetings with decision-makers at mid-sized and larger companies. You work closely with the leadership driving the company and have significant influence over how your role and our process develop. What you do: Research and identify the right companies and contacts Outbound outreach via phone and email Qualify leads based on needs, authority, and timeline before they move forward Book and prepare meetings with decision-makers Input and maintain data in our CRM We believe you: Have experience in B2B sales, meeting booking, or a similar outbound-facing role Are confident on the phone and in written communication with decision-makers Are organized, curious, and enjoy working toward measurable goals Want to develop into a full sales role over time We offer: Base salary + commission Office in Solna Clear path to Account Manager when you deliver results Significant autonomy in a company where you see the impact directly
