WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
Supporting commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
Staying informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues in learning and development.

This is a permanent position offering 25 hours per week with a start in October or by agreement. This position is based in Vetlanda, and you should be able to work during store opening hours. Language skills in Swedish or English are required.

* Store roles assessment:
To manage the high volume of applications for the Sales Advisor role, we use an online assessment method for skills-based recruitment within some of our stores. You will need to complete it as part of the application and screening process. Your responses will be scored by an assessment tool that applies predefined criteria set by H&M Group.
