What does the job include?
As a security technician specializing in mechanical burglary protection, you work with installation and servicing of doors, such as repairing burglary damage, hinge replacement, door adjustments, and installation of break-resistant protection. You install and service roller shutters and grilles. You install unbreakable glass, sun and security film. You also install, service, and open safes.
Our customers are primarily government, municipal, and private property companies where we provide fast and professional service, which contributes to great variety in our assignments. As a technician, no two days are the same.
Where?
At SafeTeam in Västra Frölunda, we're a great team of about ten people working with locks and security, with a focus on mechanical burglary protection. Here technicians, retail staff, and administrative staff work together, and you'll also have the company of all our wonderful customers!
What can you do?
To qualify for this position, we want you to have:
- experience from similar work
- a Class B driver's license
- the ability to provide excellent service – "that little extra" – to both customers and colleagues. World-class service is at the heart of our company culture.
Maybe you currently work installing doors, shutters, grilles, or locks but lack variety in your work – then we're looking for you! You're handy and tool-savvy and enjoy technical problem-solving. If you have welding skills, that's a merit, but not required. With us, you'll have the opportunity to learn as you go and grow into the profession.
