We are now seeking a Security Protection Specialist who wants to take a key role in our assignments and contribute to developing our clients' security protection work.
About the Role:
As a Security Protection Specialist, you will have a project management role in our larger assignments. You are responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring systematic security work in security-sensitive operations with high protective values. Our security work is built on staying ahead of the curve and actively working with environmental monitoring, statistics, and underlying analyses.
Your main responsibilities include:
Conduct systematic security work and develop and implement analyses and plans for our clients
Implement new requirements and analyze compliance with internal and legal requirements at client organizations
Work systematically with security control and monitoring
Conduct preliminary investigations
Conduct security clearance interviews
Conduct position analyses
Plan and conduct training and communication initiatives targeted at various stakeholder groups within the organization
You will also work with general support tasks within security, which may include interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements in our processes and working methods, maintaining contacts with authorities, and collaborating with other operators in areas such as security awareness, incident management, and total defense planning.

You have experience working with:
Governing processes and systematic security work
Security protection analyses and security protection plans
Risk and vulnerability analyses
Implementation and monitoring of security requirements, preferably in larger and national organizations
Authority contacts, investigations, and development of governing documents
Security-sensitive operations with high protective values
Must-Have Requirements:
- Post-secondary higher education of 2–5 years
- At least 5 years of experience working with security and security protection
- At least 2 years of experience working in physical security
- Swedish citizenship
- Category B driving license
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits:
- Experience working in real estate and construction industry
- Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces, Police, or other authority with strong connection to defense or civil defense
- Experience from energy or telecommunications industry with connection to security protection
- Security manager training from the Swedish Armed Forces or the Swedish Defense University
- Experience working in information security and/or IT security
Other:
The position involves placement in a security classification and requires that you undergo a security clearance (including record check and in certain cases investigation of a family member).
