The Welfare sector is now seeking a security coordinator with special responsibility for Psychological and Social Care (POSOM). You will become an important part of our work with safety, security and crisis preparedness and contribute to ensuring we are well equipped when something serious occurs. A central part of the assignment is to create structure and preparedness before an incident and help the municipality act in a coordinated and safe manner when a serious situation arises. You will have many contact points, both within the municipality and with external actors. Currently there is one security coordinator in the team and through this recruitment the function is expanded with an additional security coordinator. You report directly to the real estate manager of the Welfare sector. Your work duties include: • Coordinate and develop the municipality's POSOM activities • Plan and conduct training and exercises in security and POSOM areas • Contribute to and develop good collaboration internally within the municipal group and externally with, for example, other public authorities and civil society • Develop governing documents, routines and action plans related to the assignment • Support managers and operations within the Welfare sector on security-related matters. You also monitor developments in legislation, regulations and national guidelines within security and preparedness and translate relevant knowledge into the municipality's work. QUALIFICATIONS As a security coordinator you will have a broad and varied role in the Welfare sector's security and preparedness work, with a special responsibility for coordinating, developing and maintaining the municipality's POSOM activities. We are looking for someone who has: • Academic education in crisis preparedness, societal security, social work, behavioral science, psychology or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position. • Knowledge of psychosocial support during crises and serious incidents. • Good ability to express yourself clearly and appropriately for your target audience in Swedish, both orally and in writing. • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365. It is meritorious if you have: • Experience in municipal crisis preparedness and the Swedish crisis preparedness system. • Experience from municipal operations or other public sector. • Experience coordinating and collaborating between multiple actors. • Experience planning and conducting training and exercises. • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and national guidelines within security and preparedness. The position is security classified which means that Swedish citizenship is required and security clearance with register check will be conducted in connection with employment.
