Job Responsibilities
As a Security Operator with us, you will work with monitoring and reporting incidents. The goal is to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors in connection with access control.
You will work with:
- Access control using X-ray and metal detector for staff, patients, and visitors
- Camera surveillance (CCTV) of the clinic area
- Operation of pedestrian and vehicle gates
- Rounds and inspection/reporting of any deficiencies in shell protection and perimeter protection
- Managing and monitoring technical security systems
- Handling of, for example, booking systems, keys, and key tags
About the Workplace
In our highly specialized operation, approximately 200 employees work. We have five inpatient units with 71 beds. The access control unit's main task is to manage access control to the clinic and camera surveillance/rounds of the clinic area, etc.
The access control unit is staffed around the clock, which means shift work and weekend duty for our security operators. The unit consists of a unit manager, security coordinator, security technical coordinator, and several security operators.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a security guard and/or protective security training. You also need to have a completed upper secondary education. It is meritorious if you have experience from security guard/watch assignments. Since you in this role need to be able to communicate with staff, patients, and other visitors, it is important to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. A class B driver's license is also required for this position.
As a person, you are confident and stable. You take responsibility for your work tasks and make correct assessments and prioritizations. You are accommodating in your approach and collaborate well with others.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
Employment Terms
Fixed-term employment until January 2027. Work location: Sala.
Start date by agreement.
