We are now seeking a security officer for the Operations Protection and Preparedness department. As Sweden electrifies and the energy transition accelerates, the need for security, robustness, and resilience also grows. Here you will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated colleagues in an organization where security is high on the agenda. Responsibilities and Tasks As a security officer, you will have a varied role where you work closely with both operations and your colleagues in the security field. You will be an important part of the team and contribute to developing and monitoring our work in physical security. This is a role for someone who wants to develop their knowledge in the security field and who thrives in an environment where collaboration, development, and personal responsibility go hand in hand. In this role, you will, among other things: Support the work of establishing physical security requirements at our facilities and offices. Monitor and compile incidents, and contribute with analyses and statistics. Participate in various application and permitting processes. Establish, develop, and maintain instructions, procedures, and guidelines. Participate in internal and external forums within the security field. Contribute to work on travel security and employee protection. Requirements We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in security matters and who is motivated by contributing to an important societal mission. What is important to us is a person with the right attitude, a strong interest in security issues, and a willingness to develop together with us. We believe you have: Post-secondary education in security, civil protection, crisis preparedness, or another relevant field, or equivalent experience. Basic knowledge of physical security. Good administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner. Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
