What the Position Involves
As a design engineer, you will work primarily office-based with design and engineering of technical security solutions. You will create drawings, system designs, and technical documentation for solutions in locks, access control systems, alarms, and cameras.
You will work closely with project managers, sales representatives, and technical specialists, and you will be a key person in ensuring that solutions are well-thought-out and feasible from the start.
Examples of Tasks:
Prepare drawings and design in CAD (AutoCAD or similar)
Design complete security systems
Document, calculate, and quality assure solutions
Participate in technical discussions regarding complex customer cases
Contribute specialist expertise in systems such as RCO, SPC, or ASSA ARX
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is technically strong, organized, and thrives in a specialist role. You have:
Experience in design or engineering within security, electrical, or similar fields
Very strong CAD skills
Experience with or knowledge of systems such as RCO, SPC, or ASSA ARX
Understanding of how security solutions are built in practice
As a person, you are thorough, solution-oriented, and enjoy working independently in a technically advanced environment.
