About the Operation
Would you like to lead a county-wide collaboration project between Region Dalarna and the region's municipalities?
RSS Dalarna is now seeking a change management leader to develop a new county-wide agreement for home healthcare services. The assignment involves leading the process to create the new agreement, which will replace the current home care services agreement. The work takes place in close collaboration, centrally in the ongoing healthcare transformation between Region Dalarna and the region's 15 municipalities.
RSS Dalarna is a regional collaboration platform for the region's 15 municipalities and Region Dalarna. Our mission is to support development within social services and related healthcare through collaboration, knowledge exchange, and joint development initiatives. We also serve as a link between local, regional, and national levels and collaborate with, among others, government agencies and SKR on matters concerning healthcare development and coordination.
Job Responsibilities
As a change management leader, you will have a central role in driving, coordinating, and structuring the work from analysis to completed agreement and implementation.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Lead and coordinate the development of a new home healthcare services agreement
Ensure broad anchoring with municipalities, region, professionals, and political stakeholders
Coordinate working and reference groups and prepare materials for steering committees
Follow the direction outlined in the developed transformation plan
Develop key documents such as the agreement, implementation plan, risk and impact analysis, and final report
The role requires a strategic holistic perspective combined with operational effectiveness in a complex environment with many stakeholders and parallel processes.
This position is time-limited to 1 year with possibility of extension. If you also have a healthcare qualification, there is an opportunity for a permanent position within your healthcare profession.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Holds relevant academic qualification in areas such as healthcare, social sciences, or equivalent
Has solid knowledge of home healthcare services and specialized care
Has extensive experience with change management, collaboration, and complex change processes
Has documented experience leading projects or development initiatives
Has strong ability to work with analysis, decision-making materials, and documentation in digital environments
Has excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Has experience in politically governed organizations
It is advantageous if you:
Have experience working in both municipal and regional operations
Hold healthcare credentials
