Employment contract for 1 year, then extension possible. What you can expect in this role… Processing, calculation, and verification of quantity reports according to project documentation Creating budgets for price offers in tender procedures Calculating costs for in-house construction work Close collaboration with design, production planning, and construction teams - during design, project handover, and throughout construction execution Direct, technical communication with investors and contractors when clarifying budget documentation What you'll need… Construction education (secondary / university level) Knowledge of RTS budgeting software or practical experience with construction budgeting Attention to detail, technical thinking, and a feel for numbers Why work with us?
