We are hiring a full-time budget estimator / cost quote specialist. The main responsibilities will include preparing and requesting subcontractor quotes, estimating construction work costs, preparing bids for tender processes and subsequent independent implementations. Managing activities related to construction supervision (office and field work). Experience in the field or minimum secondary education in construction Driver's license category B Good communication skills Independence, flexibility, and responsibility ČKAIT authorization advantageous Experience and competency in managing, coordinating, and completing civil construction projects. User-level proficiency in MS Office Ability to handle crisis situations. Responsibility, attention to detail, thoroughness, temporal flexibility.
