We are looking for either a BUDGETER or an OPERATIONS MANAGER - the latter will additionally manage and supervise staff in the cleaning department (with an allowance for management).
BUDGETER:
Full-time position. Employment contract for a fixed term with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term upon mutual satisfaction.
We expect: higher education or advanced vocational education in economics, or secondary education with experience in the field; advantageous experience in budgeting, economics, or financial management, ideally in education or public administration; knowledge of subsidy organization accounting and orientation in public budgets; solid knowledge of budgeting rules and financial regulations applicable to subsidy organizations; experience with budget preparation, monitoring, and evaluation; excellent knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel; attention to detail, systematic approach, independence, and responsible attitude; ability to meet deadlines and verify financial data; good communication skills – cooperation with school management, accountant, funding authority, suppliers, etc.; willingness to continue learning and professional development; criminal record clearance and medical fitness.
Expected job responsibilities: prepares the organization's budget and financial plan; continuously monitors budget item allocation and funding appropriation; prepares the FKSP budget and monitors its allocation; prepares materials for economic analyses and the school's financial report; processes payroll and personnel agenda – manages employee records (employment contracts, agreements…), prepares payroll materials – records and monitors employee leave and study time, prepares monthly materials for payroll processing; prepares monthly materials for accounting closure processing; maintains and processes invoice register records; supervises school cash register management; processes travel document settlements; is responsible for asset inventory of the school, etc.
Salary and working conditions: base salary from 27030 Kč to 38990 Kč (depending on education and experience achieved); personal allowance after the training period; bonuses for fulfilling extraordinary tasks; morning shifts only with the possibility to work from home at least once a week after the training period.
