Job Responsibilities: - Preparation of construction contracts - Processing budgets and compiling offers for tender procedures - Development of price quotations - Reading technical documentation and projects - Preparation of documentation for invoicing, communication with investors Requirements: - Completed secondary education in construction field - Ability to read and navigate technical drawings documentation - Experience in budgeting and price quotations in construction and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) field preferred - Basic knowledge of budget creation software advantageous (KROS) Suitable for people with disabilities as well.
