Ronneby Miljö & Teknik Seeks Process Engineer District Heating & Cooling
We are now seeking a Process Engineer for our District Heating & Cooling department – a new role created to strengthen our long-term development in production, process development, and digitalization. You will play an important role in our continued development where the focus is on improving and streamlining our production processes, driving development projects, and contributing to our digital transformation and advancement of operations.
As a Process Engineer, you will have a central role in the organization where you work to streamline processes, develop work methods, and contribute to the development of future energy production in Ronneby.
Your main areas of responsibility
Lead and participate in technical projects that contribute to the development of our production operations.
Manage statistics, key performance indicators, and annual planning, as well as develop analyses and decision support materials to assist business development.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in production and processes.
Contribute to increased process understanding and development of work methods through knowledge sharing, training, and support to the organization.
Responsible for development and optimization of system support and digital solutions linked to production.
The role is based at Sörbyverket in Ronneby, but you also have the opportunity to work remotely 1–2 days per week when operations allow.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience from combined heat and power, energy production, or process industry who thrives in a role where technology, analysis, and development go hand in hand. You are educated as an engineer in a relevant field – for example, energy, mechanical, or marine engineering or equivalent. It is important that you have good knowledge of both Swedish and English as well as a valid driver's license.
