Our client in Falköping is seeking a welding robot operator with technical competence and attention to detail. About the Role As a welding robot operator, you will be responsible for programming and monitoring welding robots at our client's facility. You will ensure that welding processes comply with quality standards and perform regular maintenance for optimal performance. The role also includes identifying and addressing technical issues as well as collaborating with the production team to streamline workflows. You report directly to the production manager and contribute to continuous improvement in production. About You Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone with welding experience, either in manual welding, robotic welding, or both. You have an eye for detail and can assess weld quality and identify any potential errors or defects. You have a good understanding of technical drawings and are comfortable working carefully and with quality awareness in a production environment.
