In your role as a risk instructor, you are ultimately responsible for educating your students in risk awareness, spreading knowledge, and promoting general awareness of the risks people face in traffic. You are responsible for ensuring that participants in the groups you teach collectively meet the goals set by Transportverket and that everyone contributes to the results, which is why you should be very pedagogically minded. We are looking for you who: * have traffic teacher training AND risk instructor training * are pedagogically minded and enjoy teaching * want to get groups to collaborate and involve all participants in reaching the goals * are passionate about creating a good learning environment * speak and write fluent Swedish (for documentation and communication) It is a merit if you speak fluent English and are comfortable teaching in that language.
