We Offer: Rotation schedule 13/12 - 13 days working / 11 days off and 12th day departure to work. Compensation: Salary 29,000 – 35,000 CZK gross + 51 € to 55 € daily allowance, after 5 years daily allowance 60 € + loyalty and Christmas bonuses Average monthly net salary range including meal allowance is 45,000 – 58,000 CZK (depends on the number of days driven in the month) Recruiting bonus 30,000 CZK - applies to new hires starting by 12/31/2026 Supplements for night shifts, weekends, and holidays All salary components on payslip Permanent employment contract Travel insurance (we arrange and cover) Annual driver training (we arrange and cover) ADR training (we arrange and cover) Transport psychological examination (we cover) Czech-speaking dispatch and driver support 365/7/24 Company uniforms provided Thanks to our clearly defined schedule, we plan your work at least 4 months in advance, so you receive your shift roster and can plan family vacations, celebrations, and all your free time. The job is also suitable for people with disabilities (with no work performance restrictions for this position). Our fleet consists of Renault T480 tractors in lowdeck configuration, under full service contracts and fully equipped - leather seats, microwave, TV, independent climate control, power inverter, built-in navigation, all available safety assistants, everything you can think of and what every driver truly appreciates. We value our drivers, so their comfort and safety are our top priority. Each assigned vehicle is shared by only 2 drivers. Transports are also carried out overnight. Work is organized according to regulation no. 561/2006 and AETR. Driver changes take place at Frankfurt airport; transportation is provided in a luxury air-conditioned company minibus equipped with reclining leather seats. Departures are from Napajedla near Zlín, from Prague, and from Nýřany near Plzeň. Parking for personal vehicles is available in a secured company parking lot.
