Gross monthly salary includes base salary of 25,000 CZK + expected performance bonus of 3,000 CZK. Job Responsibilities: - receives and issues materials - operates material handling equipment: hand pallet trucks, forklifts - completes tasks assigned by the shift supervisor - performs physical inventory counts of materials - maintains warehouse order (cleaning) - performs and is responsible for basic warehouse operations: unloading, receiving, storage, retrieval, moving, consolidation, loading - follows applicable work procedures and instructions when performing work tasks - reports damaged materials to the shift supervisor and follows work instructions accordingly - picks materials for orders - performs physical inventory counts - performs screening and rework according to supervisor instructions - works with SAP terminal - pallet binning and rebinning, box and pallet picking - wraps pallets at the packaging station - strictly adheres to workplace safety rules - sorts waste according to applicable waste management procedures - inspects and maintains equipment: cleaning equipment, taking over and handing over equipment at the beginning and end of each shift, completes equipment condition records and immediately reports any malfunctions, performs battery replacement according to charging station rules - responsible for compliance with internal regulations, employer directives, and occupational safety, fire prevention, and environmental protection principles, 5S Employee Benefits: - permanent employment contract - salary guarantee deposited on the 15th of each month - annual Cafeteria points worth 3,000 - annual salary increases and career advancement opportunities - discounted mobile plans available from T-mobile - corporate fitness center with café - covered bicycle storage, parking lot, and public transportation stop (3 minutes walk) available in the facility Initial contact via email, phone, or during recruitment days
