Requirements:
- Secondary technical education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field (advantageous)
- Professional driver's license category C+E, operator certification for construction machinery (paver equipment advantageous)
- Traffic psychological evaluation
- Knowledge of operating road motor vehicles for road network maintenance
- Independence, conscientiousness, organizational skills, flexibility.
Job responsibilities:
- Winter road maintenance work, including spreading chemical or inert materials and plowing - WINTER SEASON - work in Rychnov nad Kněžnou
- Paver operation - SUMMER SEASON - work in the Královéhradecký region
- Operating motor vehicles and construction machinery and mechanisms, work on horizontal traffic markings
- Pre-operation, during-operation, and post-operation inspections of motor vehicles, construction machinery and mechanisms
- Ensuring road traffic flow, traffic regulation and management during emergency response operations and urgent interventions on Class I, II, and III highways
- Maintenance work on Class I, II, and III road components and infrastructure
- On-call availability for winter maintenance, emergency response operations, and urgent interventions on Class I, II, and III highways
- In the area of occupational safety and health, demonstrating familiarity with operating manuals for all vehicles, machinery, and equipment operated
- Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety and health, fire safety, and environmental regulations, directives, and procedures
- Responsibility for maintaining workplace order
- Additional tasks assigned by direct supervisor within the scope of the employer's operations.
