Requirements: - Technical secondary vocational education - Minimum 2 years of experience in the field (preferred) - Professional driving license category C, C+E (preferred), construction machinery operator certificate (preferred), traffic psychological examination - Operating and driving road motor vehicles intended for road network maintenance - Independence, conscientiousness, organizational skills, flexibility Job Responsibilities: - Work related to winter road maintenance, especially spreading roads with chemical or inert material and plowing. - Operating motor vehicles and managing construction equipment and machinery. - Operational coordination of traffic flow, traffic regulation and management during emergency response calls and urgent interventions on Class I, II, and III roads. - Work on maintenance of road components and equipment on Class I, II, and III roads. - On-call availability for winter maintenance, emergency response calls, and urgent interventions on Class I, II, and III roads We Offer: - 5 weeks of vacation - Meal vouchers worth 180,-- Kč - Contribution to "retirement products" in the amount of 1.500,-- Kč/month Start Date: 15.11.2026 or by agreement Base salary for construction machinery operators from Kč 34.150,--, + monthly bonus + annual awards 2x per year.
