Permanent position, full-time. Start date: from October 1, 2026 or by agreement. This position is suitable for recent graduates as well. Base salary for equipment operators from 34,150 Kč + monthly bonus + rewards 2x per year. Job responsibilities: work related to winter road maintenance, especially spreading chemical or inert material on road surfaces and plowing; operation of motor vehicles and construction equipment and mechanisms; ensuring traffic flow, regulating and managing traffic during emergency and urgent interventions on Class I, II, and III roads; maintenance work on Class I, II, and III road components and accessories; on-call availability for winter maintenance, emergency response operations, and urgent interventions on Class I, II, and III road networks. Requirements: secondary technical education; minimum 2 years of experience in the field (preferred); professional driver's license categories C, C+E (preferred), construction equipment operator certificate (preferred), traffic psychology assessment; operation and maintenance of road motor vehicles for road network maintenance; independence, diligence, organizational skills, flexibility.
