We're looking for a driven and meticulous Retoucher for Perfect Shot! Are you a whiz at image editing who gets excited about perfect light levels, straight lines, and an efficient digital workflow? Do you want to help set the standard for how Sweden's leading real estate agents present their properties? Then you might be the person we're looking for! Perfect Shot is growing fast. We're currently established in several locations across the country, from Stockholm and Malmö to Karlstad, Ängelholm, and Gotland. We deliver high-quality residential and commercial images and videos with a focus on precision, style, and fast turnarounds. Now we're looking for a passionate retoucher who wants to become a key player in our production team. About the Role As a retoucher with us, you're responsible for the final finishing of our images before they're delivered to clients. You work closely with our photographers in the field and ensure that every unique property gets the right feel and style. Your main responsibilities: • Professional image editing and retouching of interior and exterior photos (residential and commercial properties). • Work with advanced light and color correction, HDR merging, lens correction, and window treatments at various levels (e.g., 30%, 50%, and 75% with sky replacements). Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented and has a well-developed visual sense. You understand how light and shadows work and have the ability to make a room feel inviting and natural without looking over-edited. We believe you: • Have excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (experience with Premiere Pro is a plus). • Have experience with real estate retouching or similar commercial image editing. • Are receptive to feedback and easily adapt your style to meet clients' specific wishes. • Can work independently and take full responsibility for your projects.
