About the Role
As a Retrofit Planner, you step directly into the heart of a growing retrofit operation within advanced vehicle systems. You ensure that already-delivered vehicles are updated with new software, design improvements, and additions, without compromising delivery precision. In a dedicated Retrofit team, you work closely with coordinators, engineering, procurement, service, and workshop, where you translate technical change documentation into the right articles, material flows, and schedules in systems such as SAP and PLM Aras. This role suits you if you want to work technically yet administratively and thrive in a daily environment where structure, accuracy, and collaboration are essential for projects to reach their goals.
We're Looking for You
We're looking for someone with post-secondary technical education from vocational school or higher education, or equivalent experience, and who has the ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings. You have good systems knowledge, and it's a merit if you have worked in SAP or similar business systems, preferably also in PLM environments. As a person, you are organized, meticulous, and comfortable with recurring work tasks and many details, while also having perseverance and problem-solving skills when the workload is high. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with different departments, and have a genuine interest in technology and in learning the structure of vehicles over time.

The position is located in Örnsköldsvik and is part of Xamera's Talent Program, Xamera Talent. Here the company has chosen to invest extra in you and your personal development. The position is open for continuous hiring and is full-time with a fixed, market-rate salary and a start date by agreement taking any notice period into account. Since the role is subject to defense secrecy, a passed security clearance is required.
