Mikaela Waldorfbarnstuga is seeking a dedicated and responsible resource staff member to support a child with medical needs We are looking for a trustworthy, caring, and responsible person who wants to work as a support resource for a child with special medical needs in our preschool program. About the Workplace Mikaela Waldorfbarnstuga is a small Waldorf preschool where we value closeness, security, and positive relationships. Job Responsibilities As a resource staff member, you will be responsible for supporting a child throughout the preschool day. Your role includes: Providing the child with the support needed to participate in preschool activities. Responsible for medical interventions according to delegation and instructions from healthcare providers. Work closely with guardians, educators, and external partners. Contribute to the child's sense of security, development, and inclusion in the group. Monitor the child's health status and act according to established routines. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children. Is calm, responsible, and has a strong ability to build trusting relationships. Has good collaboration skills and can work independently. Has experience with medical interventions or care work, or is willing to complete required training. Speaks Swedish well, both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have training as a childcare worker, nursing assistant, or experience working with children with special support needs and/or experience with Waldorf pedagogy. Employment Terms Temporary fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension. Scope: Full-time or by agreement. Start date: By agreement.
