Frostvikskolan in Gäddede is seeking a resource teacher at 75% to work with grades 7-9.
Frostvik's principal area is located in the northwestern, mountainous part of Strömsunds kommun, and from Gäddede it is 13.5 mil to the municipality's largest town, Strömsund. Frostvikskolan has approximately 60 students and 18 employees. The school consists of two units, one with after-school care and the other with grades F-9.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work as a resource teacher in a classroom providing support for students. The work involves independently and together with the team planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical work. Values-based education is naturally integrated into teaching and school life.
You are expected to collaborate actively to create a sense of community where staff, students, and guardians feel shared responsibility for the school's environment, wellbeing, and development. Cooperation with parents and collaboration with other staff members is an important part of the work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has education within the pedagogical field.

• has a relational approach and sees each student's unique needs
• is flexible, collaboration-oriented, and solution-focused
• has basic IT competence
