Your role as results unit manager
As a results unit manager, you are a second-line manager and together with customers and colleagues, you contribute to the procurement of tomorrow's sensor and sensor networks that strengthen Sweden's defense capability. The role offers the opportunity to combine strategic leadership with operational management and to influence both the unit's and the company's future development.
Through clear and present leadership, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing operations within designated projects as well as for collaboration with other units and related assignments. Our work focuses on analyzing the customer's needs and developing requirements specifications for future systems, and our customer expects us to have the ability to assess, evaluate, and manage different suppliers' development while complying with the customer's processes for procuring new materiel systems and capabilities.
We are looking for you who are comfortable with change and who take responsibility for issues that extend beyond your own unit, such as joint business and collaborations within the company. As a leader with us, you are expected to value collaboration, appreciate different perspectives, and be motivated by contributing to a stronger and more secure society.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have leadership experience and who are inspired by creating results together with others. You have relevant academic education or equivalent experience and feel confident in a role where you are responsible for people, operations, and business.

You are an engaging and clear leader who builds trust, creates good relationships, and develops both people and operations. At the same time, you are structured, communicative, and driven by creating improvement and development. The role requires that you can master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
Experience from FMV and/or Försvarsmakten, consulting, project management, or other management positions is an advantage.
Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass security clearance with background checks.
