What will your day look like? You will be the backbone of the service team during your shift and the one who sets the pace and mood. You will welcome guests, help colleagues during challenging moments, and ensure that service runs smoothly from the first morning smile to the last evening coffee. You can expect collaboration with the kitchen and other hotel departments, training new colleagues, and handling situations that arise every day in gastronomy. You will also be involved in organizing corporate events and other events. In short, a job where you won't just be completing tasks, but will have the opportunity to influence the overall experience of our guests. Who are we looking for? You have experience from a restaurant, hotel, or gastronomy and can lead people by example. You are communicative, independent, and reliable. You won't be intimidated by busy operations or unexpected situations, and you care that guests leave satisfied. You can communicate at least basic English and have a desire to come up with your own ideas.
