We are seeking an experienced and motivated restaurant manager to lead the team at ROOH, our premium Indian restaurant in Umeå. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant while building and developing a professional and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities · Lead and oversee the restaurant's daily operations. · Recruit, train, schedule, and manage service and bar staff. · Maintain high service standards and ensure a first-class dining experience. · Motivate and develop the team while creating a positive and professional work environment. · Manage staff performance, daily routines, and shift scheduling. · Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service. · Monitor costs, staffing, inventory, and operational efficiency. · Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally. · Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, alcohol service, and workplace regulations. · Contribute to the restaurant's continued development and growth. Qualifications · Documented experience as a restaurant manager, assistant restaurant manager, or in a similar leadership role. · Strong leadership skills and experience managing staff. · Experience from high-quality or premium dining operations is highly desirable. · Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. · Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality. · An operational and engaged work approach with willingness to support the team as needed.
