Restaurant Assistant at O'Learys Uddevalla About the Position: We are now looking for a cheerful and outgoing person who is ready to take on various tasks and contribute to a pleasant and professional atmosphere at O'Learys Uddevalla. As a restaurant assistant, you will take on several different roles, such as Runner, Dishwasher, Service, or Kitchen Assistant with various work tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver outstanding service to our guests. Your Responsibilities Include: Responsible for performing thorough cleaning and maintenance of the premises according to established routines and checklists Support at the dishwashing station and bar by clearing dishes and restocking supplies Sorting and washing all incoming dishes Responsible for keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized Emptying garbage and keeping drains clean Welcoming and greeting guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages Handling payments Preparation of raw materials and cleaning in the kitchen Support with inventory and receiving deliveries Desired Experience and Qualities: At least one year of work experience as service staff in a restaurant/bar and good cash register experience Fluent spoken and written Swedish and good knowledge of English At least a high school diploma Relationship-building, stress-resistant and enjoys working as part of a team Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Problem-solver with a focus on creating a great experience for guests Passion for food, beverages, sports and people Does this sound like something for you?
