We are now looking for a star to join our team at Södra Kasern in Kristianstad. We're looking for someone who wants to contribute to a great meal experience for students and staff at our customer's site.
Our ambition is to deliver food and service with high quality and a smile. Our main task is to serve lunch to high school students, but we also organize some events on occasional weekends and evenings. If you want to work with us, you should be flexible, enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, and have a passion for food and service.
About the Role
As a restaurant assistant, you will help prepare breakfast, salad buffet, and lunch to some extent. You will wash dishes, clean, and help with serving lunch to all the fantastic high school students.
Position at Södra Kasern in Kristianstad.
The position is 80%.
We are recruiting on a rolling basis and have immediate needs.
Working hours are primarily daytime.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food and service. You have previous experience and have worked in the restaurant industry. As a person, you are self-driven and flexible. You are organized and have the ability to plan, structure, and organize your work. You have strong social skills – you are open, responsive, clear, and have very good collaboration abilities. You are driven and communicative and enjoy working at a fast pace. We place great importance on personal suitability.
You have good communication skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You are goal-oriented, self-driven, and take responsibility. Good collaboration skills and an interest in people are prerequisites for success in the role.
