THE POSITION: As a restaurant server at Mary's, you are one of the most important pieces of the puzzle for our guests' stay and experience in Sälenfjällen. Together with your colleagues, you will create an experience that exceeds expectations. You will be scheduled for both day and evening shifts, with a start date in mid-December through the end of April. ABOUT YOU: We take for granted that you are self-driven, have a strong sense of responsibility, and stay on top of things when the pace is high. In addition to a wonderful personality and a positive attitude, you have a strong guest focus and see it as a natural part of the job to contribute to a positive and developing culture at the company. You enjoy contributing to solutions and take pride in sharing your own knowledge and experience. We would prefer that you have experience from a café or restaurant, with a strong interest in service, organization, and of course food and beverages. ABOUT OUR RESTAURANT: At Mary's, we make delicious burgers with tasty sides – all served American style, along with Poke Bowls and fresh salads. In the afternoon, we transition to the obvious meeting place after a day on the slopes, with après-ski and live music. The evenings focus on Burgers with a capital B, their accompaniments, and great drinks in an atmosphere with a nice vibe and music. Fresh, fast, and delicious – that's Mary's motto! THE WORKPLACE: Take the chance to help build one of Sälenfjällen's best facilities and have a really great winter with us on the mountain! Sälenfjällen is Northern Europe's largest alpine ski area and the Nordic region's largest outdoor recreation area with approximately 4.8 million guest nights per year. Sälenfjällen generates over 2.5 billion kronor annually. During peak winter season, approximately 100,000 people move through the area daily. We provide staff housing for you when you work with us, but of course you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation if you prefer! *Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline, so don't delay your application.
