Norrmaskiner AB is now seeking an engaged and service-oriented spare parts sales representative for our facility in Orrliden, Skellefteå. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who wants to engage with customers, service, and sales, and who has a strong drive to achieve results. You should have a genuine technical interest and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Experience from agriculture or construction industries is a merit. You should be comfortable working with computers and need to be able to read English technical manuals. It is essential that you are skilled at meeting our customers professionally and providing first-class service. You should be flexible, solution-focused, and skilled at working toward specific goals with structure and accuracy. Of course, you are a positive and cheerful individual who loves taking initiative and is not afraid of change. Your responsibilities As a spare parts sales representative, you will have a broad variety of tasks that include: Selling spare parts directly in the store, by phone, and to our internal workshop. Ordering parts from various suppliers. Customer reception Handling work orders, delivery notes, approval, and invoicing. Receiving and unpacking incoming goods. Maintaining a healthy inventory through returns and inventory counts. Additional requirements B driver's license is required. Experience operating machinery is a merit but not a requirement.
