Responsibilities As a parts department associate, you'll join a great team and take on an important role in the company. You'll be responsible for parts inventory management, order intake, ordering, and parts supply to our workshop technicians and customers. Your main tasks will include selling parts by assisting and serving customer part requests via phone and email, as well as supporting technicians in our workshop. You'll pick orders and maintain inventory organization. You'll guide customers through technical questions about parts. Additionally, your work will include inventory counts, unpacking and labeling warranty parts, booking transports, and more. About the Role As a parts department associate, you'll be a central part of the operation and an important link between the workshop, technicians, and customers. You're responsible for the parts inventory and ensure that the right parts are in the right place at the right time. Your responsibilities include: - Order intake and ordering of spare parts - Sales and customer advice via phone and email - Support to workshop technicians on parts matters - Inventory management, picking, counting, and organization - Unpacking, labeling warranty parts, and booking transports You'll work in a modern facility with a great team that values collaboration, quality, and excellent service. About You We're looking for someone with experience from the automotive industry – preferably from parts handling or a similar role at a workshop or dealership. You have an eye for organization, enjoy keeping things in order, and thrive in a busy environment. We'd like you to have: - Experience in parts handling within the automotive industry - Good computer skills and experience with Kobra - High service orientation and clear communication skills - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - B-category driver's license (required) Application Does this sound like something for you?
