GVM Gräsvårdsmaskiner AB is centralizing its warehouse operations, and the new central warehouse is located at our facility in Linköping. We are now seeking the person who will be responsible for the central warehouse and ensure that the right spare parts reach the right customer at the right time, whether it's a golf course in Malmö, a municipality in Uppsala, or one of our own service technicians in the field.
The role is combined and varied: parts of the day you work practically with receiving, picking, and packing orders, while a large portion of the work is administrative – order management, purchasing, monitoring of reorder points, and communication with suppliers and colleagues. Your nearest colleagues within the spare parts organization are located at GVM facilities throughout the country, which means collaboration at a distance and clear communication are important.
This is an opportunity to be part of shaping something new. You will have significant influence on how the central warehouse is organized and what procedures are established.
