We are now looking for a service technician who wants to be part of the committed team in Alingsås.
Job Description
As a service technician at Acona Miljöteknik, you play an important role in ensuring that customers' mini treatment plants function as they should. The work involves carrying out service assignments at customer sites throughout Sweden, while also contributing to assembly and practical work at the company's facility in Alingsås when you are based there.
The role suits you if you thrive with responsibility and autonomy, enjoy varied workdays and want to work independently with support from knowledgeable colleagues. You like being on the road, working outdoors and taking on practical manual work. The majority of the role involves traveling to different locations throughout Sweden, which means hotel stays are a natural part of the position.
Your main responsibilities:
• Service and inspection of mini treatment plants
• Troubleshooting and repair of technical equipment
• Customer visits and documentation of completed work
• Assembly and preparation work at the head office in Alingsås
• Contribute to developing and improving working methods and service delivery
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a technical interest and enjoys practical work. You need to be self-driven, solution-oriented and comfortable with traveling for work, as a large part of the work takes place at customer sites.
Requirements
• Class B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Technical understanding and practical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and plan your workday
Merits
• Electrical training or other technical education
• Experience with service, maintenance or troubleshooting
• Experience from water, sanitation, environmental, process or installation sectors
Previous experience with mini treatment plants is not required. You will receive the training and introduction needed to succeed in the role.
