SIA "Jelgavas nekustamā īpašuma pārvalde" is seeking a MAINTENANCE WORKER for our Emergency Services department. We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can adapt and work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Perform prompt and efficient repair work in residential buildings. Emergency response: rapid identification and repair of water supply, sewage, and heating system failures. Utility network repairs: maintenance and repair of heating, water supply, and sewage systems in residential buildings. Structural repairs: fixing and repairing windows, doors, locks, and other building elements. Other building maintenance and repair work. Requirements: Practical work experience in construction or repair work. Category B driver's license. State language proficiency (minimum B2 level). Ability to respond quickly and work in variable conditions (emergency situations). What We Offer: Salary from 8.00 EUR/h to 10.40 EUR/h gross plus social benefits.
